The agency is responsible for the recruitment, orientation, compensation, monitoring and appraisal of virtual staff.
What types of virtual staff positions are available through Virtual and Beyond?
Virtual and Beyond can provide virtual staff who are skilled in various fields, including customer service, marketing, sales, real state, E-commerce, admin/data entry, graphic design, social media management, healthcare, etc.
Can clients hire part-timers?
Yes, for a minimum of 15 hours per week, clients can hire a virtual staff.
How does the billing and invoicing process work?
Clients are only billed for hours of work rendered by the staff. There are no other fees. Virtual and Beyond bills clients on the 1st and 16th of each month. Payment for invoices is due within 15 days.
What is the procedure if a client identifies discrepancies in an invoice?
If a client finds any discrepancies in an invoice, they must notify Virtual and Beyond in writing within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
How are the performance and well-being of virtual staff managed?
Virtual and Beyond implements the following measures to ensure the performance and well-being of virtual staff:
- Performance Appraisals: Conducted periodically to assess the virtual staff’s performance, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.
- Periodic Check-ins: Virtual and Beyond performs periodic check-ins to guarantee consistent and satisfactory work quality from the virtual staff.
- Written Evaluations and Feedback: Clients are expected to provide written evaluations and feedback to virtual staff four weeks after their start date and at predetermined intervals thereafter.
- Work Monitoring and Compensation: Virtual and Beyond utilizes an electronic timesheet platform for virtual staff to log their working hours, which forms the basis for billing the client. The agency also ensures timely compensation for the virtual staff.
How does the termination of a virtual staff assignment work?
Both the client and Virtual and Beyond retain the right to terminate a virtual staff assignment with a written notice to the other party. The client is only charged for actual hours of worked rendered by the virtual staff.
